Treetops Fun!

We are having lots of fun in Treetops so far this week, and it's only Tuesday!

The children have been painting their hands to create handprints, they then used a magnifying glass to explore what makes their handprints different and unique! Can the children tell you what makes them special and unique?

In maths we have been looking at the numbers 7, 8 and 9. The children are using their magic fingers to trace over these numbers and practise recognising them around the room. Can the children trace over these numbers or write them independently at home?

In phonics we have been exploring alliteration, in particularl we have been using the rhyme "Bertha the bus is going to the zoo, who does she see as she passes through? A panda, a pig, a polar bear and a parrot." etc. Can the children find any objects in your house that begin with the same letter sound?
