Welcome to Fulfen Primary School!
Dear Parents
It is with a great deal of pleasure that we welcome your interest in our school. This website is intended to help you know more about the life and work of Fulfen Primarry School.
Our aim is to provide a stimulating and caring environment where your child will feel happy and secure. We provide all children with a wide range of balanced learning opportunities delivered by a skilled and experienced staff. We aim to help each child develop flexibility of mind, adaptability of skills and understanding and to become a confident and independent learner.
Great importance is also attached to the development of social skills. Children are encouraged to be self-disciplined in their behaviour, to build good relationships with peers and adults and to develop a sense of responsibility towards the needs and feelings of others, and of their environment.
Not only do we welcome your child, but also you and your family, as it is our view that teachers cannot fully educate children without the whole-hearted support and co-operation of parents. We consider that the important foundations of your child’s education will best be served by home and school working closely together. Only then can we succeed in continuing to provide a first class education for all of our children.
I hope that the content of this website is interesting and informative. If you require any further information concerning this school or would like to arrange a visit to the school, please contact me by letter, e-mail or telephone.
