Our Busy Fortnight

Wow, what an unbelievably busy 2 weeks year 3 have had!

We have managed to enjoy the sunshine whilst doing some landscape sketching on our school field. The children were SO well behaved and enjoyed the experience to spend the afternoon outside! Some excellent drawings were done... take a look at our pictures below!

In maths we have been working SO hard to learn our 3, 4 and 8 times tables. We have enjoyed lots of games, challenges and competitions this week! We have also been creating 3D shapes using cocktail sticks and play dough. I have to say, the children's 3D shapes were FAR better than mine.

Our week has been topped off by celebrating the Royal Wedding writing letters to Prince Harry, designing cards and having a bit of a Royal party!
